Encouraging students to engage with these comprehension strategies while engaging with a film will help to allow them to become more effective critical thinkers and develop a stronger and deeper comprehension of texts.

These task cards are designed to be printed, laminated and reused within your classroom at your discretion. Each Super Six Strategy contains THREE ‘tasks’ for students to engage with alongside a film study. There is also a list of ‘activity suggestions’ for teachers in order to ensure purposeful and effective use of these task cards within your classroom.
