Brightened my day cards are a great way to notify parents of students good behaviour. I found that making an effort to tell parents something positive about their child rather than only making contact to discuss the negative things really helped to form better relationships. However making phone calls and face to face contact can be extremely time consuming to do every day. These cards allow you to still send home positive messages daily/weekly without allowing it to take up too much of your time.
