Counting Numbers 0-10 Beads

This Maths Centre activity involves counting, recognising abacus or rekenreks beads patterns and numerals 0 to 10. The child can count the beads in the picture, but soon they recognise the patterns.
They can also learn to read the pattern and associate it with a number.
36 squares (approx 8.5 cm square) with an image of beads at the top, and a choice of 3 numbers underneath.
The task could be to clip a peg on the correct numeral; but you could also mark with counters, markers, foam numerals etc.
Also use as a whole sheet activity, and ask children to circle or mark the correct answer.
Cut and laminate the squares. They are more exciting printed on coloured paper.
Great, easy to use Maths Centre Activity.
I have similar sets of cards with blocks, fingers, pictures etc, so having more than one set allows students to play matching games.
