✿**Please note that “ch” reading/writing/spelling component only covers the most common sound /ch/. The anchor charts allow you to discuss and show the other 2 sounds.
✿ In this unit (minimum 14 lessons) you will have all lesson resources required to do the teaching. NO PRINTING IS NECESSARY.
✿ This interactive PowerPoint can be used remotely or in a classroom setting.
✿ The lessons are broken down into step-by-step instructions within the PowerPoint for anyone to be able to implement without a need to deviate or miss any important steps along the way.
✿ This PowerPoint is a part of a bigger program designed to deliver systematic synthetic phonics instruction.
✿ The lessons follow a gradual release of control for the students to obtain mastery.
✿ The editable planner includes a space to put your specific curriculum links, though I have completed them with general statements that match almost all curriculums for Foundation to grade 2.✿ There is a worksheet that has been included, although it is not a necessary part of the lesson.

Please note the lessons are repeat lessons! You can change the words used. 2-3 lessons with word-specific practice. This is then repeated in the second week or until mastery of the skill.

Systematic phonics requires structure and repetition with mastering each skill one at a time. These lessons do that. Teach from the base up to ensure a sound understanding where students will master reading, writing, and spelling one step at a time.
