• 4 Stem/ Steam tasks – All able to be created with classroom resources.
• A second format of the cards that you can laminate and fold, this allows it to stand up on the table.

1. I’ll Huff and I’ll Puff – build a safe house for the 3 little pigs
2. Save Grandma – come up with a device to help Grandma see who is really at her door.
3. A Great Fall – design and create a material to help cushion Humpty Dumpty’s fall
4. Just Right – create a mini chair or bed that could be just right for Goldilocks.

• Teach the whole class each task over 4 weeks.
• Have groups rotate around all four of the tasks.
• Have a special STEAM day and complete the tasks all on the one day. (Tying it into literacy and numeracy activities).
