These are “I have…Who has…?” sight word reading games, suitable for Kindergarten, 1st Grade, Second and Third Grade.
The game is a fun, engaging way for students to learn, recognise, review and practice sight words. A great literacy activity.
This resource uses the first 500 words from Fry’s Sight Word List, which has the most high-frequency words, used words in students’ reading and writing.
This can be a whole class or small group activity, with students holding more than one card..
What’s included?
There are 19 games. Each game has either 26 or 32 game cards: sight words and covers.
Each card has the sight word used in a sentence, and an image for reading support.
This is an easy prep resource, simply print, laminate and it’s ready for multiple use.
I have other levels, because a combination will help you cater and differentiate for all students.
