IMPULSE CONTROL ACTIVITIES ACADEMIC ESCAPE ROOM – Small Group Counseling

$4.00

Are your students struggling with impulse control and decision-making? Help them build self-regulation skills in a fun and engaging way with our “Let’s Pause” Impulse Control Escape Mission Game!

In our interactive digital escape challenge, students must pause, think, and choose carefully to unlock each level. Correct answers earn them keys, while wrong answers lead to an ACCESS DENIED screen. The excitement builds as questions get progressively harder and choices get fewer—perfect for keeping students focused and motivated.

How It Works
  • Students read the question in the center of each slide.
  • They click on their chosen answer.
Correct? They earn a key and move on to the next lock.
Incorrect? ACCESS DENIED! They’ll need to try again.
  • Each round gets trickier—students must really pause and think.
  • Collect all the keys to escape the challenge!

Why Teachers Love It
  • Interactive & engaging: Keeps students motivated through game-style learning.
  • Supports SEL: Reinforces impulse control, patience, and thoughtful choices.
  • Easy to use: Runs in PowerPoint with no prep needed.
  • Flexible: Use in whole-class lessons, small groups, counseling sessions, or individual practice.
  • Replayable: Students can play multiple times for extra practice.

This game is ideal for school counseling lessons, SEL activities, classroom behavior management, and small group interventions. It’s especially effective for elementary and middle school students who need extra support with self-control, decision-making, and thinking before acting.
