This course teaches students how to understand and exercise leadership as a relational skill to enrich their lives and the lives of others, and to facilitate great achievements. They will learn to better use the leadership qualities which they have andt to recognise leadership qualities in others, qualities which go beyond bossiness and charisma. This book is based on the author’s experience in teaching leadership to students.
