Picture Puzzles | Double Digit Addition and Subtraction

Are you in search of an enjoyable and interactive method to enhance proficiency in addition and subtraction calculations? These mystery picture puzzles, or secret picture tiles, offer a captivating and unique approach to practising double digit addition and subtraction problems, both with and without regrouping.

With no need for prior preparation, simply duplicate and distribute the puzzles. Students will then cut out picture fragments and affix the answers onto their corresponding question spaces. As each addition or subtraction equation finds its matching answer, the response is glued to the question grid, gradually unveiling an image. Upon solving all equations, the complete picture comes into view—an excellent incentive for their hard work!
