Welcome to The English Workshop!  I am a passionate English teacher with over 20 years’ experience teaching within the Australian Curriculum. I specialise in HSC English with a rich proficiency in Extension 1 and 2, EALD support and the new NESA syllabus. My resources are designed to reflect best teaching and learning practices, by placing a strong focus on assessment, outcomes, and a more transparent understanding of the often esoteric language of HSC rubrics, which we all know is integral to success.  What you’ll love about The English Workshop resources are the Step-by-step guides I offer for every HSC module which is perfect for both experienced teachers and those who are teaching the Modules for the first time. The resources are designed to be adaptable and can be used as full-class lessons or individual student support.  The resources are seamless in that many include ready-to-go PowerPoints or work booklets which allow teaching to remain consistent where in the event of your absence a substitute teacher can simply pick up from the last slide or page and continue with the learning.
