Christmas Elf Activities, Be An Elf! – Xmas Elf Names & Jobs, Drawing, Writing & Coloring

Students will become elves with these low prep Christmas elf activities! They will choose their elf names and jobs from lists provided, and they will use that information to create an elf ID card for themselves with a (s)elf portrait they will draw. There are also 10 writing prompts they will be able to use to write from the perspective of their new elf selves.

What you get

• Elf names and jobs for students to choose from. These come in two formats: 2 pages allow students to independently select a first name, last name and job from lists provided, OR there are 3 pages that you can cut up and then have students select them at random. You choose which option you prefer.
• Elf ID cards – Pick the one where the (s)elf portrait box is empty or allow students to choose between the 10 blank face versions that most resemble them to use as a starting point (there are 5 blank boy faces and 5 blank girl faces)
• 10 writing prompts that students can write from the perspective of their new elf self. For each prompt, there is a lined writing page AND a page with 10 copies of the prompt to cut and glue into student workbooks.
• An elf coloring page that is perfect for fast finisher or a pre-Christmas relaxing activity
