Components of Microbits

This document includes 3 activities for both the original and v2 of the Microbit. It also includes assessment options at the bottom of each page and solutions for each activity.

This resource is mapped to the curriculum of each Australian state.

Suitable for years 3-8 when introducing the Microbit.
Suitable for homeschoolers.

• Activity 1 – Cut out the labels and stick in the correct location for the front of the Microbit
• Activity 2 – Cut out the labels and stick in the correct location for the back of the Microbit
• Activity 3 – Cut out the terms and descriptions and match them together, stick them in a book, if you don’t have a book they could connect each term to the description with a line
• Assessment scaffold is at the bottom of each page for student self assessment and teacher reporting.
• Solutions are at the end of the document for each activity.
