Kinder Math Activities Counting Numbers 1-10

These Math centre activities involve recognising, tracing, counting and sorting numerals1 to 10: then cutting and pasting objects into a big numbered jar!

What’s included?

• There is a jar for each number 1-10,
• sheets of matching pictures.
• a set of smaller cards 1-10 for sorting and ordering games

What to do?

• Print individual numbers or the whole set.
• Students cut and paste pictures into the appropriate jar. There are more than enough pictures, so they can choose which they like.
• Print and make sets of these small number, and the game provides another activity.

The jar sheets can be assembled as a counting book; pasted into notebooks or used a personal number chart!

You can use these as a Math Center Activity, small group, but it can easily be a whole class activity.
